In March 1976, the US Defense Intelligence Agency published an astounding report titled “Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Radiation (Radiowaves and Microwaves) – Eurasian Communist Countries.” The 34-page report analyzes numerous Soviet and Eastern bloc research studies that demonstrate a wide range of adverse biological effects caused by exposure to radio frequency radiation and microwaves. In its Summary on page vii, the report states:
“If the more advanced nations of the West are strict in the enforcement of stringent exposure standards, there could be unfavorable effects on industrial output and military functions.”
The above statement and the entire report quite clearly reveal what the government knew and when it knew it. This also reveals WHY Western governments have subsequently been unwilling to acknowledge the bio-toxic effects of wireless systems or the legitimacy of Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS), and why “safe limits” of exposure have been raised in subsequent years when, in fact, they need to be lowered.

Thank you Kim for supplying this valuable document. I had come by this document two years ago, but did not download it at the time. The document has been referred to on various EM venues, yet my repeated web searches a few months ago were unable to find the author or a downloadable copy.
As you know, the web is highly regulated by financial, industrial, and governmental interests. These persons generally prohibit publication of early military lab discoveries. Radio and radar installations caused ill health effects in military personnel all during WWII and into the Korean conflict, yet none of it was published or forwarded to health authorities. It’s disgusting. Department of the Navy experimentation with EM producing devices on biological systems has a long history, yet these biological effects remain unknown to the general public. WHY???
These kinds of evidentiary documents and materials are the Achilles Heel of the communications industry. Keep up the good work and thanks again for all your efforts.
I have a few very damning documents such as this one. I plan to post them all when I have time. Then collect them under a new heading of “Reports” so people can find them easily. Always something more to do…:)

The allowed legal levels in most countries are so high that they are absurd. The fact that electromagnetic fields (EMF) affect health, are known from the beginning of its use, as revealed in this report.

Hello Have you heard about activation of the cellular Nrf2 pathway? Dr Mercola and others have written about it. Its a way to boost the body’s defences agains EMF. There are Nrf2 activators on the market.

Here is an interesting 2009 article in the Journal of Biological Chemistry about Nrf2 pathway and its potential role in treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2679427/ And neurodegenerative diseases can certainly be an expression of EMR/RF poisoning.
